Gear PCD testing attachment:

• Made out of good quality of Castings and is designed as such to give Fast & Accurate readings of PCD of a Gear. The main shaft moves on Taper Roller Bearings resulting smooth. Accurate, less wear & Fast working, the measuring balls can be changed for different Modules of Gears.
• For checking concentricity of PCD of gears
• For inspecting concentricity and cumulative error of gears with respect to gear axis, a set of locating balls cover the range of modules (1.5to7) and the corresponding diametrical pitches
